E.O. Hill and Alix Hitchcock

Artworks Gallery presents a two-person exhibit by E. O. Hill showing computer altered images of an abandoned Oldsmobile, and ink on Yupo and embossed paper by Alix Hitchcock.
Mr. Hill is showing computer altered photographic images of a 1949 Oldsmobile and its surroundings where it was abandoned in the woods. He has a BFA in Commercial Art from the Ringling School of Art and Design, and an MFA in Drawing and Design from the Instituto Allende, Univ. of Guanajuato in Mexico.
Ms. Hitchcock is showing colored ink pieces either on Yupo paper or on embossed printed paper with images from the natural environment in an abstracted colorful space. She has a BFA in painting and printmaking from UNC-G, and an MA in painting from NYU. She teaches drawing at WFU and was W-S Artist of the Year in 1998. The reception is during Gallery Hop, Nov 4, 7 - 10pm
The exhibit is free and open to the public.
